After completing her degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University. Wendy pursued a career that included Construction Project Management, Interior Design, and Planning for many years at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Michigan State University, Toyota, Ford, and the University of Michigan Hospitals. After relocating to Northern Michigan in 2019, she began her new career in Real Estate with CENTURY 21 Boardwalk.
Wendy has always enjoyed looking at homes and meeting new people. Because of these interests, becoming a Real Estate Agent has always been something she had considered. Once settled in their new home, she and her husband decided this would be a great opportunity to depart from the corporate world and devote her attention to a new career in Real Estate.
Since beginning her new endeavor, Wendy has found that there is so much to love about working in Real Estate. She is enjoying meeting new people, helping them learn about the area through her own exploration, and assisting clients in finding just the right home.
Wendy’s experience in Interior Design gives her a unique perspective in assisting clients with preparing their homes for listing and for helping buyers envision the potential of a home beyond its current décor. Her skills help them to focus on what they could do with the space uniquely their own.
In working with her clients, Wendy’s first priority is response. She understands urgency in Real Estate transactions. By immediately responding to client needs with guidance and the necessary resources to navigate their transaction, she hopes to become their go-to person for all of their Real Estate needs.
